EMC Eastbourne Fiat

I was happy with the service at EMC Eastbourne Fiat because as soon as i entered the showroom I was greeted by a receptionist and taken to a salesman Phil Mulvey. He greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and my approximate budget. I won't go into detail but he made me feel confident in my choice of vehicle with his experienced help. Nothing was to much trouble and he took his time answered all m questions and gave details on the vehicle. This purchase was difficult for me as a female over a certain age as we are used to being looked at and spoken too as though we are idiots. Nothing could of been further from this, with my experience with Phil, he was extremely polite and very kind and treated me with respect. My purchase of this vehicle was one of the most pleasant experiences of dealing with salesmen. I love my car as he said I would and have no regrets on its purchase.
